PositivBuild is a high-end, female-owned contracting company redefining the standard of excellence in construction.

Founded by four close friends with a shared vision, we launched PositivBuild to bring something new to the industry—elevated craftsmanship paired with modern project management, clear communication, and a human-first approach. We noticed a gap in the market: clients were often met with outdated systems, inconsistent service, and a lack of transparency. So, we set out to do things differently.

Rooted in Southern California, we specialize in high-end residential and boutique commercial projects, with a deep respect for both form and function.
